Management Fees

Estate Management Fees

All members are legally obliged to pay Estate Management Fees which are used to fund the following and other costs:

  • Maintenance of roads and pathways
  • Gardening, for example grass cutting and hedge trimming
  • Tree surveys and surgery
  • Street lighting and maintenance of street lights
  • Surface water drainage (the sewage system is now a Severn Trent responsibility)
  • Sweeping of gutters
  • Insurance
  • Estate manager’s fees
  • Company secretary’s fees

The Estate Management fees are currently £600 per annum payable in four installments of £150 on the 1st Jan, 1st April, 1st July and 1st October. These should be paid directly to Ash and Co, whose bank account details are:

The directors recommend that members set up an appropriate standing order inserting the first line of their address in the reference field. They further request that members avoid getting into arrears (the costs associated with chasing these will be charged to the offending member).

If any member is unable to pay their Estate Management Fees they are encouraged to contact Ash and Co as soon as possible.
